These boxer briefs are made up of five parts, but without seams or hems. Made from high-density stretch fabric, which stretches 360 degrees and returns to its original shape, these boxers are made without using threads, creating a seamless, wrap-around feel.

The AIRism fabric used for these briefs, which is very stretchy and comfortable against the skin, is made on a warp knitting machine. The quick-drying, ultra-thin fibres offer sweat absorption, keeping you feeling fresh all day. The seamless design sets these apart from other undergarments.

These boxer briefs are made without any stitching by bonding fabrics with a special resin. This may sound simple, but in fact, the process is more labour-intensive and delicate than sewing with thread. The amount and density of the resin must be precisely calculated, some processes need to be done by hand, and the temperature of crimping and cooling must be carefully controlled. Each piece is painstakingly made on a dedicated production line built just for our Ultra Seamless Boxer Briefs.
