    1. This Promotion is organised by UNIQLO Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 161 922 103) of Level 15, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (“Promoter”).

    1. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed to abide by, the following conditions of entry, including how to enter and prize details (“Terms and Conditions”). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

    1. In each case, entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the entry is received only by the Promoter, via its servers and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entries that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

    1. The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any lost, late or misdirected entries.

    1. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer from the Promoter.

    1. The Promotion commences at 1.00pm (AEDT) on 14 November 2016 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 27 November 2016.

    1. No entries will be accepted outside the Promotion Period.
  • 8.
    1. To enter the promotion the entrant must:
      1. (a) complete the entry form on line including the entrants name, email address and favourite store; and
      2. (b) answer the following in 30 words or less tell us “Why you want to try AIRism this summer?”

    1. 357 winners will be judged each day of the Promotional Period to win an AIRism product valued at $14.90. The prize is able to be claimed at UNIQLO stores only until 30 November 2016.
  • 10.
    1. The total number of Free AIRism with a recommended retail price of $14.90 available is 5000 across the Promotional Period.
  • 11.
    1. Entries will be judged based on their originality and creativity.
  • 12.
    1. Judging will take place at 12 noon on each day during the Promotion Period and the day after the conclusion of the Promotion Period at the offices of the Promoter. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter.
  • 13.
    1. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in determining the winning.
  • 14.
    1. All other complete and valid entries (up to a maximum of 30,000) will receive an online shopping promotional code (“Promo Code”) that can only be claimed via www.uniqlo.com. The Promo Code will provide entrants with $10 off when they spend $75 on the Promoter’s online store. Prize cannot be claimed in store. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including limited offers). Valid on sale items. ‘Promo Codes’ expire 31 December 2016.

    1. The total number of Promo Codes available is 30,000.

    1. Once both prize allocations have been exhausted the Promotion will close.

    1. Winner will be notified via email up to 24 hours after submitting their entry. To redeem their prize the winners will need to:
      1. (a) AIRism product valued at $14.90.
        1. (i.) Go to their favourite UNIQLO store. Prizes can’t be redeemed via www.uniqlo.com
        2. (ii.) Choose any AIRism valued at $14.90 product from store; and
        3. (iii.) Take product to the cashier and show the FREE AIRism valued at $14.90 unique code received from UNIQLO via email
      2. (b) $10 off voucher: The ’Promo Code’ can be entered at the checkout on www.uniqlo.com once $75 of items have been selected. Note: Free shipping applies to purchases over $50 (including discounts).

    1. The number of entries for each entrant is limited to one per person. This will be based on an entrants email address. Each entrant is eligible to win one free AIRism Coupon or one Promo Code.
  • 19.
    1. The Free AIRism valued at $14.90 unique code for each entrant can only be redeemed once. The Promo Code for each entrant can only be redeemed once.
  • 20.
    1. The Promoter takes no responsibility and provides no guarantee that the winning entrants preferred size; style or colour will be available.

    1. Each entrant will be notified by the email provided in their entry within 24 hours of winning a prize.

    1. The Free AIRism valued at $14.90 unique code that is emailed to the entrant must be presented in store before close of business on 30 November 2016 for the winning entrants to be able to collect their Free AIRism product valued at $14.90

    1. The $10 off when you spend $75 Promo Code that is emailed to the entrant must be redeemed via the Promoters online store by 31 December 2016.

    1. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or are incomprehensible or incomplete will not be valid and will not be included in the Promotion.

    1. Entry is open only to all residents of Australia 18 years old and over, as of the date of entry, excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (Eligible Entrants).

    1. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

    1. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, including selection of winners and any disqualification of any entry in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.

    1. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and entrants consent to UNIQLO using the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on +61 (03) 9629 3883 or emailing customerservice@uniqlo.com.au. All personal information will be securely stored by the Promoter in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winners entry are of a type described in this clause.

    1. All prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, upgradable, divisible, and exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes or if the winning entrants preferred style, size or colour is unavailable.

    1. Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage whatsoever which is incurred or suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of your participation in the Promotion, including claiming the prize, any lost, late or misdirected entries, in connection with your use or misuse of any prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Once prizes have left Promoter’s premises, Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

    1. Unless expressly states in these Terms and Conditions, all costs and expenses associated with the prizes for the Promotion are the responsibility of the entrant.

    1. If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.
