Uniqlo and Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria
This winter, Uniqlo is donating 500 pieces of HEATECH to Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria staff members. We are committed to helping out the community and want to help keep the amazing healthcare workers warm during this winter.
An iconic and uniquely Australian service, RFDS helps to protect the health and wellbeing of people in rural and remote parts of the country. In Victoria, RFDS works in partnership with a number of community health organisations across the state to improve the health and wellbeing of rural communities. They believe in creating opportunities so all Victorians have the ability to access essential health care services.
Each year, RFDS Victoria comes into contact with more than 90,000 patients across the state through primary health care services and transports by air or road. They also provide non-emergency patient transport services on behalf of Ambulance Victoria, with this service also supported by their aircraft capability at Essendon Fields Airport.
