Stretching. Pilling. Shrinking. If you love your knitwear, these three words are bad news for your wardrobe. Knitwear care is like an art - it takes patience and know-how, but it doesn’t have to be difficult!
Here are some guidelines for how to keep your knits in shape and feeling soft for many seasons to come.

Here are some guidelines for how to keep your knits in shape and feeling soft for many seasons to come.
Wash Your Knits Less Often
Wear light layers under your knits to enable less frequent washing. If your knit encounters dirt or odours such as smoke, into your laundry basket it goes. Otherwise, only wash your knits after four or five wears.Three Words: Wash By Hand
Cotton, wool, cashmere, and even synthetic-blend knitwear will last longer if you keep them out of the machine and wash them gently by hand.Easy Does It
Hand wash your knits in cool or cold water with a light, wool-friendly detergent and do not wring them dry. Gently squeeze the water out of the garments and lay them flat on a towel or mesh drying rack to dry. The gentler you are in the process, the better it will keep its shape.Pill Management
Try as we might to avoid them, pills are inevitable when it comes to knitwear! This isn't a sign of quality, it's just the way some wool fibres behave. You can remove them by slicing carefully with a razor or a manual pill remover.SHOP WOMEN'S KNITWEAR
