Essendon Football Club Captain, Dyson Heppell and former Richmond Football Club member and current media professional, Matthew “Richo” Richardson have shared an insight into their life in the cold and how they stay warm with UNIQLO Seamless Down.
Dyson leverages the cold to assist recovery and stay in peak condition.
“It’s always hard to sleep after a game, so I’m experimenting with the cold. It’s the mental side of cold that’s challenging, but it energises me and I love it.”
