Our 3D hold bra has a unique structure that combines several components: a special polyurethane sheet that gradually expands, a power net that spans from below to the sides of the chest to prevent spilling out the sides, resin parts that increase support, a center gore that prevents stretching, cups wrapped in outer material with special attention to softness and stretchiness. The combination of these components provides a fit that feels like an order-made bra.

Our special new polyurethane sheet is the key to a structure that achieves an excellent fit. This sheet, placed from the underbust to the sides, stretches gradually after you put it on to conform to various body shapes. This sheet also resists stretching in reaction to sudden movements, which prevents the bra from shifting due to normal movements throughout your day.

Because this is underwear that is worn directly against the skin, it wraps with care from every angle. By applying a highly elastic silicone mesh print between the back cloth and the fabric, it supports by surface rather than a line. This keeps it from digging in, prevents unevenness in the back, and makes your back look beautiful even under clothes. In addition, the four-row hook allows fine adjustments to be made to suit a woman's bust and her physical condition on any given day. In developing colours, we researched a variety of skin tones to create a range of colours that make your skin look beautiful while not being too see-through.

The creation of UNIQLO’s wireless bra begins with making a mold for the cup. A process of modeling, mold making, sample production, fitting, hold testing, and 3D analysis is repeated in pursuit of the ideal shape. The inner parts are each carefully positioned by hand in the cup formed from the final mold, and finished by crimping. The back parts, with improved silicone mesh print specifications, are treated with repeated applications of silicone and baked to ensure high elasticity and durability. This is a bra that fits snugly and doesn’t slip easily, as if it were made to order. Underlying its creation is a thorough scientific foundation and a time-consuming process.
