What do people want from sweatwear now? In pursuit of the answer to that, we took another look at our whole sweatwear lineup. The iconic collar gusset has been removed to create a more modern look. The box silhouette has been shortened to go easily with the trend for wide pants. Furthermore, by adding gussets to the whole sleeve, we've achieved both ease of movement and high design quality. We aimed for "highly perfected sweatwear" befitting of the times.

Adding and subtracting to highlight the feel of today.
We examined each and every detail to create a sweatshirt that suits the modern age. The gusset, one of the traditional details of a sweatshirt, was eliminated, and the boxy silhouette is designed to be worn with wide pants. We also added more room under the sleeves, which gives it a modern edge.
Durable fabric crafted in collaboration with a renowned textile maker.
We partnered with a world-class textile manufacturer known for producing high-quality sweat wear to create a fabric that ensures you can enjoy this sweatshirt for years to come. Our focus was on achieving a clean aesthetic that complements any outfit while ensuring durability for repeated washings. By using compact yarn to minimise fluffiness, we created finer outer and inner yarns than usual. Additionally, we increased the knitting machine gauge to deliver a smoother surface feel. After undergoing 15 washing tests at the Kaken Test Center,* the fabric remained clean and free of fuzz, making it ready for everyday wear.

Effortless cool in every detail.
Ribbing is the understated feature that makes sweatwear what it is. We've made a series of improvements to get the best balance between sleeve and cuff. The size has been adjusted for a fit that has a nice-looking balance between body and ribbing, while gently gripping your wrists. The ribbing is dense and dyed for consistent colouring.
