These boxer briefs are made up of 5 parts. However not a single part is stiched or sewn. Made from a bespoke mold to ensure three-dimensionality for a desirable shape, the pieces of fabric are pressed with the application of heat, making a stitch-free boxer brief possible. And also we have folded and pressured resin into the fabric for desired elasticity. Overall, the design is three-dimensional for exceptional hold and embodies the many technological details designed for your comfort.

The fabric is made of high-density ”AIRism” we developed for underwear. The fabric, which is very stretchy and comfortable against the skin, is made on a warp knitting machine. The drying ultra-thin fibres offer sweat absorption and fast drying functionality, eliminating the stuffiness that is the greatest concern with underwear. And the feel of the seamless, dense fabric gently covering your body sets it apart from other undergarments.

Boxer briefs without any stitching are made by bonding fabrics with a special resin. This may sound simple, but in fact, the process is more labor intensive and delicate than sewing with thread. The amount and density of the resin must precisely be calculated, some processes need to be done by hand, and the temperature of crimping and cooling must be carefully controlled for part of the brief.
