With an original store receipt, merchandise may be returned for a full refund at the purchase price within 30 days.
Items returned after 30 days with a receipt and items returned at any time without a receipt, will be credited to a store merchandise gift card or exchanged at the lesser of the current selling price or purchase price, with a valid government issued ID. Packaged items and altered items that are opened, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Items may not be returned if they have been washed or worn. All alterations must be picked up with a valid receipt or ID. Altered merchandise that is not claimed Uniqlo resumes no responsibility for the unclaimed merchandise. One-time price adjustment can be made with the original store receipt within 14 days of purchase.
