Born May 22 1987 in Belgrade, Serbia, Djokovic was ranked World No. 1 by the Association of Tennis Professionals in 2012. With a long list of titles under his belt, including wins at the 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Australian Open and both Wimbledon and the US Open in 2011, he is acknowledged as one of the brightest stars in the world of tennis. Nevertheless, he finds time to work as the Serbian Ambassador for UNICEF, and set up the Novak Djokovic Foundation in 2007. He is constantly contributing to improving the lives and education of young people.
Born December 29 1989 in Shimane Prefecture, Japan, Nishikori has showed outstanding tennis talent since his involvement as a junior player. He won the 2008 ATP event, qualified for the quarter finals of the 2012 Australian Open and became the first Japanese player to make the top 10 of the ATP rankings in May 2014. Nishikori confirmed his place as a true Japanese tennis ace, both in reputation and reality.
