         <title>Head of eCommerce</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Location:</strong>   Store Support Centre, Oxford Street London.<br>
<strong>Reporting To:</strong>	C.E.O. in the UK and to the Global Direct Team</p>
<p>We are looking for an established Head of eCommerce/eCommerce Manager to grow our UNIQLO UK online business. As a successful eCommerce manager you should be able to demonstrate success in driving traffic leading to growth in your online market.</p>
<p>You will have experience in project management and strategic planning. Working for UNIQLO you will oversee key functions such as Merchandising, finance, IT, Warehouse and logistics and Marketing as well as managing all partner relationships both in the UK and Japan.</p>
<h2 class="headding">Role Objective</h2>
<p>o	To grow the eCommerce business to become the Number One outlet in UNIQLO UK<br>
o	Develop the sales and platform leading to European expansion of the eCommerce business<br>
o	Successfully work in partnership with Japan to develop the business model<br>
o	Management of P&L and Balance Sheet (including budgets, sales reporting, cost controls etc)<br>
o	Manage and develop the eCommerce team to ensure team competencies for growth and expansion of the eCommerce business</p>
