RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise purchased on www.uniqlo.com/sg in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 14 working days of the returned items being received. To ensure timely processing, please include the return form (bottom part of the invoice included in your order) along with your return package. S$6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final sales, opened packaged item, innerwear and any item SGD$6.00 or less are non-returnable. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

UNIQLO online store is an independent entity and has its own terms and conditions. Returns for items purchased online can only be processed at the UNIQLO online store.

To process your return, please contact our customer center at 1800-8-864756 or wecare@ml.uniqlo.com.sg or follow the instructions found at the back of the invoice that was sent with your order. You simply need to fill out the Return form (included at the bottom of your invoice), insert it into your return package, receive and print out the Shipping Label sent by our customer center via email, stick the label on a return package, and then drop off at any Post Office or POPSTATION nearby. Please allow 10~14 business days for us to process your return after we receive the items.

EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

Exchange for online purchases is only available at our physical stores. Please refer to below for our UNIQLO stores’ Exchange and Refund Policy.

Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Original receipt is needed for exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
2. Products can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
3. No refund policy.
4. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are new and original condition with price tags still tagged.
5. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original price.
6. Original item is required.
7. Product that was sold at marked down price due to existing defects is not eligible.
8. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right for final decision.
9. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
