RETURNS

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, items purchased online have to be returned via mail for a refund or at our physical stores for an exchange.    You can also check our FAQS for more information.

REFUND FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER TO OUR WAREHOUSE

1. Contact our Customer Center to register a return - at 1800-8-864756 or wecare@ml.uniqlo.com.sg
2. Receive and print out the shipping label (sent by our Customer Center via email)
3. Fill out the return form (included at the bottom of your invoice) and insert it into your return package
4. Stick the shipping label on your return package
5. Drop off at any Post Office or POPSTATION nearby.For more information on POPSTATION returns, please refer to the guide here.

RETURN CONDITIONS

- Within 30 days (from the receipt of your order)
- Products are new and in original condition with price tags still tagged
- Refund (on your original mode of payment) within 14 working days of the returned items being received
- S$6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Any item at SGD$6.00 or less are non-returnable
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right for final decision
- UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time

IMPORTANT NOTICE

- Items purchased ONLINE can be returned via the website for a refund or at our physical stores for an exchange (follow the process below for an exchange)
- Items purchased in a STORE can only be exchanged in any Singapore UNIQLO store


EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online can be returned at our physical stores for an exchange only (not a refund). Please refer to below for the stores return conditions.

UNIQLO stores' return policy:

1. Original receipt is needed for exchange within 30 days from date of purchase
2. Products can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect
3. No refund policy
4. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are new and in original condition with price tags still tagged
5. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original price
6. Original item is required
7. Product that was sold at marked down price due to existing defects is not eligible
8. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right for final decision
9. UNIQLO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time
