BABIES & NEWBORNS

UNIQLO has devoted special attention to safety and fabric and design details to optimise comfort. MATERNITY

New maternity items including shorts, leggings and bottoms accommodate body size changes during pregnancy, and match well with UNIQLO’s current range of products so expectant mothers can stay comfortable while looking great.

UNIQLO’s maternity innerwear employs materials that are non-restrictive for midriffs and are kind to the skin to enhance comfort. This is especially useful during pregnancy, where sensitivity to the slightest changes is heightened.

In addition, UNIQLO has also reduced the stitching for maternity leggings so that they are gentler on the skin. Soft powernets have also been used instead of elastic bands for the waist and leg openings to prevent digging into skin. Bottoms remain comfortable for women while enabling them to look fashionable throughout pregnancies as stomachs expand.
