UNIQLO Causeway Point Opening An All-Out Success
Following the opening of UNIQLO VivoCity store last month April, the UNIQLO Causeway Point store launch also kicked off in all-out success as it drew a multitude of customers today.
The UNIQLO Causeway Point store, originally set to open its doors at 10.30 a.m. this morning, had to open 15 minutes earlier to accommodate the 500 over crowd who were eagerly waiting in line as early as 8.45 a.m.
Occupying an area of 13,300 square feet the Causeway Point Store is now the second largest store and the fifth UNIQLO store in Singapore. Opening more store locations is part of UNIQLO’s global expansion plan. Heartlanders within the locale will now be provided with stylish, updated and affordable basics through the store’s convenient location, staying true to its Made for All philosophy.

A new design UNIQLO tote bag was given away to the first 500 customers for the opening day. The tote bag is also available for every $100 nett spent in a single receipt while stocks last. In line with the UNIQLO Causeway Point opening Disney Project UT for men and women will be priced at $9.90 (usual price $19.90) starting today until May 19, 2011.
Best-selling items for the UNIQLO Causeway Point opening include items from the Disney Project, Cath Kidston, and Warner Bros collections from UT for women. Items for men from UT collection such as One Piece, Corporate Collaboration and Big Bang were a hit for the opening as well. UNIQLO’s Dry Pique Polos for both men and women also sold really well, along with Women’s Tapered Cropped Chino Trousers.
