UNIQLO Continues its Expansion in the Philippines and Announces the Opening of Six New Stores

September 7, 2018, Manila, Philippines—UNIQLO, the Japanese global apparel retailer, today announces plans to open six new stores in key locations around the Philippines this Fall/Winter season. The store openings bring with it approximately 5,577 sqm of new shopping space, and will offer LifeWear for men, women, and kids to more Filipinos.

The first of the new stores will open on September 14 at UNIQLO SM City Legazpi, the first in Albay, along with the re-launch of the brand’s newly renovated and expanded Power Plant store in Makati. Other openings scheduled this season include UNIQLO stores in Southwoods Mall in Laguna and Ayala Malls Cebu in October, followed by two more openings in November, Circuit Makati and Robinsons Place Pavia.

Having been in the country since 2012, the brand’s continuous expansion in the Philippines puts a spotlight on UNIQLO’s unparalleled commitment to deliver style, functionality, and innovation through its LifeWear to more customers across the country.

The six new stores will showcase a wide selection of UNIQLO LifeWear: Innovative, high-quality clothing that is universal in design and comfort, made for everyone, everywhere. The full range of world-renowned UNIQLO proprietary technology clothing lines, such as AIRism and HEATTECH will also be available.
