RETURN POLICY


You can, within 30 days of receiving an item ordered from the UNIQLO online store (www.uniqlo.com/my), return any item(s) that you are not completely happy with.

All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.

All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Due to hygienic reasons, items such as socks, underwear, innerwear, baby apparel, packaged items, and swimwear are not returnable.

UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.

Return via Drop-Off (CollectCo) – Online Purchase Only

The easiest way to return your item(s) purchased online is by dropping it off at any of the 300 CollectCo points around Malaysia. View the locations here.
To return item(s) via CollectCo, kindly ensure the packed parcel is below 15kg and the box/parcel dimension does not exceed 40cm x 40cm x 40cm.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Go to https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/126 to register your return.
  3. Select your current state (Selangor, etc).
  4. Enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, UNIQLO Order Number. Click Submit.
  5. Print and stick the CollectCo label on your parcel.
  6. Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  7. Drop off the parcel at any CollectCo location. View the locations here.


Return via Post (GDEX) – Online Purchase Only

Alternatively, we can also pick up your item(s) purchased online via our courier partner, GDEX.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Contact our customer care center at 1800-80-6758 or send an email to wecare@ml.uniqlo.com.my to lodge a return.
  3. We will arrange the date and time for our courier partner to pick up the parcel. Be at your specified location on the allocated date and time for courier collection.
  4. Please remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  5. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner.

Monday to Friday - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays - Closed
Expect delay in replies for enquiries made during non-operating days.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed after we received the item(s). Refund will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.



Return at UNIQLO Stores – Online and In-Store Purchases

For returns at physical stores, we only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed.
Please be informed that our product range and size availability may differ between online and in-store. Hence, exchange of item(s) is subject to store availability.
If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item, the difference will not be refunded.

Please follow the steps below for your returns:

  1. Go to any of our store locations (click here for store locations).
  2. Present your receipt or online tax invoice to verify your purchase.
  3. If you have purchased online, please submit your Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  4. Our store staff will look into the returned items.
  5. If the returned item(s) met the requirements of our Return Policy, you may proceed for an exchange.

IMPORTANT:

For items purchased online, it is compulsory to attach and submit the Return Form in any of the above return methods.

UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.
