RETURNS

Online Returns:

All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached.

We will accept any return of full-priced, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 14 working days of the returned items being received. To ensure timely processing, please include the return form (bottom part of the invoice included in your order) along with your return package. MYR20.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final sales, all packaged item, innerwear and any item RM20.00 or less are non-returnable. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

UNIQLO online store is an independent entity and has its own terms and conditions. UNIQLO online store is only able to process returns for items purchased online.

To process your return, please contact our customer center at 1800-806758 or wecare@ml.uniqlo.com.my or follow the instructions found at the back of the invoice that was sent with your order. You simply need to fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice), call our customer care centre at 1800-806758 to lodge a return, and our customer care officer will arrange the date and time for our couriers to pick up the parcel from you. Do remember to include your Return Form in the parcel and be at home at allocated date and time for courier collection. Please also note that subsequent failed collection attempts will incur a higher returns handling charge. Please allow 10~14 business days for us to process your return after we receive the items.

Unfortunately, for any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via the above method. Any items bought in a store will need to be returned directly to any Malaysia UNIQLO store location. Please also refer to our Return Policy for more details.
