RETURN POLICY


You can, within 30 days of receiving an item ordered from UNIQLO online store (www.uniqlo.com/my), return any item(s) that you are not completely happy with.

Once you decide to return any item you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or not worn.

All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Due to hygienic reason, socks, underwear, innerwear, baby apparel, packaged item, and swimwear are not returnable.

UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the return policy requirements above.

RETURN VIA DROP-OFF (COLLECTCO) – Online purchase only

The easiest way to return your online purchase item is by dropping it off at any of the 300 CollectCo points around Malaysia.
To return item(s) via CollectCo, kindly ensure the packed parcel is below 15kg and the box/parcel dimension is not exceeding 40cm x 40cm x 40cm.


  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Go to https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/126 to register your return.
  3. Select any CollectCo drop-off locations.
  4. Enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, UNIQLO Order Number.
  5. Print and stick CollectCo label on your parcel.
  6. Do remember to include your Return Form inside the parcel.
  7. Drop-off the parcel at the selected CollectCo location.


RETURN VIA POST (GDEX) – Online purchase only

Alternatively, we can also pick-up your online purchase item via our courier partner, GDEX.

  1. Fill out the Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  2. Contact our customer care center at 1800 80 6758  or email to wecare@ml.uniqlo.com.myto lodge a return.
  3. We will arrange the date and time for our courier partner to pick up the parcel.Be at home at allocated date and time for courier collection.
  4. Do remember to include your Return Form in the parcel.
  5. Handover the parcel to our courier partner.

Please take note that our Customer Care Center is operating from 9:00 AM – 6:00PM, Monday to Friday and closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Do expect delay in reply for enquiries made during non-operating days.

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for us to process your return after we received the items and refund will be made to your original mode of payment if returned items met the requirements of our Return Policy.


RETURN AT PHYSICAL STORE – Online and in-store purchase

For return at physical store, we can only accept for exchange. No refund is allowed.
Please be informed that our range and size availability may differ between online and in store. Hence, exchange of item(s) is subject to store availability.

If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original price, the difference will not be refunded.

  1. Walk into any of our store locations (click here for store locations).
  2. Present your receipt or online tax invoice to verify your purchase
  3. If you have purchased online, please submit your Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
  4. Our store staff will investigate the returned items.
  5. If returned items met the requirements of our Return Policy, you may proceed for exchange.

IMPORTANT:

For online purchased items, it is compulsory to attach and submit the Return Form in any of the above return methods.

UNIQLO Malaysia reserves the right for final decision and to alter this policy at any time.
