RETURNS AT UNIQLO

If you change your mind about your purchase of products (except socks, underwear, innerwear, baby apparel and altered apparel) purchased in UNIQLO stores in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.

All refunds are required to be made to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the returned product is deemed to have a fault.

UNIQLO reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements above.

Returns from the UNIQLO website can be returned via post to the online warehouse or in person at one of our stores.


ONLINE RETURNS VIA POST


You can return your item(s) using ParcelPoint’s Easy Returns or Australia Post. Simply follow these steps to return your item:

    1. (1.) Go to www.parcelpoint.com.au/uniqlo/return and follow the online process to book your return. You can choose to return your parcel to any ParcelPoint location or at your local Post Office
    2. (2.) Print the returns shipping label
    3. (3.) Fill in the returns form included on the original invoice and include this in your parcel
    4. (4.) Securely pack your return (removing any old address labels)
    5. (5.) Attach the returns shipping label to the parcel
    6. (6.) Drop off your parcel at your chosen ParcelPoint location or Post Office

A $7.00 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you ship your return.

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges via post during this time.


ONLINE RETURNS INSTORE

You can return your item in person at any of our store locations (click here for store locations). Please ensure you present your online invoice in store so that we can verify your purchase.

We will attempt to process an exchange if requested but please note that our range and size availability may slightly differ between online and in store.

In order to process a refund in store please ensure the original credit card used for purchase is present.

You may return PayPal purchases from the website via mail or in store within 30 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly. You can also return your purchase to a UNIQLO store for an exchange, or get a refund on a credit/debit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your PayPal order.

Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws to return or exchange goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from samples shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to.


RETURNS POLICY FOR 'UNIQLO CELEBRATING BRISBANE' PRODUCT

If you change your mind about your purchase of Nook, Noosa Longboards or QAGOMA products purchased in UNIQLO Queen Street Mall, Brisbane in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been used, worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.

UNIQLO reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements above.

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns if you change your mind in relation to your purchase of any Yippywhippy earrings.
